What is MailMoose
MailMoose gives every domain you own professional email addresses in one shared inbox, without a per mailbox subscription.
MailMoose is an email client for people who run several businesses. You connect the domains you already own, create addresses on them, and read every mailbox in one inbox.
Most email providers charge for each mailbox. Run three projects with two addresses each and you pay for six. MailMoose charges nothing per address, because it sends and receives through your own mail infrastructure.
How it works
- You connect a domain you own, such as
learnfarsi.app. - MailMoose gives you a short list of DNS records to add at your registrar.
- Once the records are live, you create addresses on that domain.
- Mail sent to those addresses arrives in your MailMoose inbox.
- You reply from the address the message was sent to, so the conversation stays consistent.
What you get
- One inbox across every domain, with a filter for each address.
- Unlimited addresses on any domain you have connected.
- Full conversation threads, so replies group with the message they answer.
- Search across subjects, senders, and message text.
- Attachments, stored securely and downloadable when you need them.
- Shared access, so a colleague can work a support address without seeing your personal mail.
- A connection to the assistants you already use, so you can read and reply from Claude Code or ChatGPT without opening the app.
What it is not
MailMoose handles the mail people write to each other. It is not a marketing tool and not a transactional email service.
- Do not use it for newsletters or campaigns.
- Do not route signup, password reset, or receipt emails from your apps through it. Use a dedicated sending service for those.
Mixing bulk mail into a personal mail account puts every domain at risk at once, because the reputation is shared.
What you need before you start
- A domain you own, with access to its DNS settings.
- A few minutes to add records at your registrar and wait for them to take effect.
You do not need a mail server, and you do not need to move your existing email before you are ready.
